The world of Art Deco is proud to announce the first exposition of the fall season, with Maison & Objet, open exclusively to professionals.

Designers, motivated by the salons, come to the alleys of the Paris Flea Market to take in the latest trends. Why? Because it’s here at the flea market where trends are born amid the diversity and rich tapestry that is on display. Everything is possible and the imagination can run wild. Here creative spirit is free as the art world watches closely. In only a few days, we’ll see the opening of the « Antique Dealers’ Biennial ». Art amateurs, collectors and decorators come from all over the world to admire and purchase the exceptional pieces displayed by the renowned dealers. But the race is on! If the left bank in Paris is proposing an exhibition of bronzes from the Prince of Lichtenstein by Kugel, then the Paris Flea Market will be vying for business with its 1500 plus dealers ready and willing to offer the best of their specialities to these redoubtable buyers. The professionals among them can come to the market on Friday morning and discover the dealers’ private markets as early as 7 am – by torchlight, if necessary! The weekends promise a new discovery at every turn: from design of the High Period to the 18th century, or from the Industrial Age to the popular retro furniture offered by inspired dealers.
